Enrollments.io ("Enrollments.io", "we", "us") helps prospective students find career colleges, nursing schools, and trade schools, and helps those schools reach and qualify prospective students. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the programs you're interested in, and the best time to reach you. If you represent a school, we collect your name, school, role, email, and phone number.
- Information from conversations. If you speak or message with us or with our AI agents, we may keep records, recordings, or transcripts of those conversations, including your answers about program interest, eligibility, and timing.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To match students with partner schools that fit their interests, schedule, and location.
- To contact you by phone, text message, and email about education programs, including through automated technology and AI or prerecorded voices where you have agreed to that.
- To provide our marketing and qualification services to partner schools.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website.
- To comply with law and to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
How we share information
- Partner schools. If you ask to be matched, we share your information with one or more partner schools that fit what you're looking for, so their enrollment advisors can contact you. Those schools use your information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers. We use vendors for hosting, calling and messaging, AI services, analytics, and customer relationship management. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. We use tools from companies such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and OpenAI to measure and improve our advertising. These partners may collect information about your activity on our site through cookies and pixels.
- Legal and business reasons. We may share information to comply with law, to respond to lawful requests, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; see "Your choices and rights" below.
Your choices and rights
- Stop calls, texts, or emails. Reply STOP to any text message, tell any caller you no longer want to be contacted, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also contact us through the form on our contact page.
- Access, correct, or delete. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us through the form on our contact page. We will verify your request before acting on it.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
